The land of the rising sun usually gets showered with awesome exclusive goodies that usually never see the light of day here on US shores. With TGS going on it was only a matter of time before something awesome would be announced for Japan only. Turns out we didn't have to wait too long to find out what it would be. Sony (who this year lost it's exclusivity deal for Final Fantasy XIII) will be releasing a white PS3 Slim with a 250gb HDD, FFXIII edition. At the price of 41,600 yen ($456),I guess it's safe to say the game will also be packed into this beautiful bundle of RPG joy. It will hit  Japanese store shelves on December 17th same day the game launches. I know most western hemisphere gamers will probably think that they don't care since it's a Japanese exclusive but you have to realize that what this means is that the 250GB Slim does in fact exist and I'm sure we'll hear more about that soon.
