Namco has released a pair of teaser images for their highly anticipated upcoming fighting game Soul Calibur V, and you can put special emphasis on that highly anticipated part. The images in question feature little more than the distinct outline of two characters from the game, and gamers are free to wonder among themselves who the characters are. This is if we're assuming that the characters are returning from past games and not new, and based on confirmed info about the roster, that wouldn't be a very strong assumption to make.
We're going to assume it anyway. The female above most reminds me of the character Talim, but distinct differences in the hair and this character's particular posing make me quite unsure. The male silhouette immediately gives me an image of a new character, but it definitely could be Raphael. We won't know for sure until the San Diego Comic Con, which will take place from July 21st to the 24th and feature full, official reveals of the two characters. Soul Calibur V will be available next year for the PS3 and Xbox 360. Hit the break for the second image. Anyone have any good guesses about the silhouettes?
