Recently, we got to know some of the characters starring in Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2, including Captain Price, Soap MacTavish, Simon Riley, Kyle Garrick, and Alejandro Vargas. Subsequently, Infinity Ward revealed the full cast behind the game, which includes some new names.

Who Is Samuel Roukin, the Voice Actor Behind Ghost in COD MW2?

The new voice actor for Simon Riley, mostly known as Ghost, is Samuel Roukin. He is an English actor who started his career back in 2008 and soon rose to fame by starring in Happy-Go-Lucky, a comedy-drama movie directed by Mike Leigh.

Afterward, Roukin starred in a bunch of other movies and television series as well, including Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. and Counterpart. He also played a brief role in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 1 back in 2010.

However, Roukin was never involved in any video game projects so far, which makes his current role in Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 a very special project as Ghost is one of the most favorite characters in the franchise.

Who Are the Rest of the Cast?

Now, let's have a brief look at the other voice actors/actresses in the Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 reboot.

Barry Sloane

Barry Sloane is the voice actor behind Captain Price. You probably remember his voice from the Modern Warfare reboot back in 2019. He has been involved in many TV series since 2000, and he is still an active actor. Before the Modern Warfare reboot, however, he had no experience in video game voice acting.

Alain Mesa

The voice actor behind Alejandro Vargas is an American actor who has already worked on different video games such as Red Dead Redemption 2, The Division, and Forza Horizon 5 as a voice actor, but Mesa's role in Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 is probably going to be his biggest involvement in a video game.

Elliot Knight

Reprising his role as Gaz from the Modern Warfare reboot, Elliot Knight will be back again with Modern Warfare 2. He is an English actor who has been active since 2011, starring in multiple TV series. However, Call of Duty is his only video game involvement.

Rya Khilstedt

Another familiar name for Call of Duty fans and a brilliant American actress who has already starred in many popular movies and TV series. Rya Khilstedt will star in Modern Warfare 2 as Laswell once again. Although Modern Warfare 2019 was her first video game experience, she played it brilliantly.

If you are a Star Wars fan, though, you can expect to see Rya in the upcoming Obi-Wan Kenobi miniseries as well.

Neil Ellice

The British actor who starred in the Loki miniseries will be the voice actor behind Soap MacTavish in Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2. Although Ellice hasn't had any notable video game involvements in his career so far, he had a role in Halo 4: Forward Unto Dawn miniseries back in 2012.

Warren Kole

The voice actor behind Rafe Adler in Uncharted 4: A Thief's End is confirmed to be involved in Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 as well, but we don't anything about his in-game character so far. Kole is best known for playing the main roles in the Common Law TV series.

Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 will be available on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, and PC on October 28 this year.
