Act 2 of Arcane has finally introduced us to the Firelight group from Zaun; however, fans wonder who exactly is the leader of Firelight. Well, here’s everything you need to know about it.
Warning: This article contains major spoilers from League of Legends Arcane.
Similar to Act 1, the second Act of Arcane was nothing short of amazing. In fact, it was more intense compared to the previous Act. The Act kicks off Silco’s underlings carrying out a deal to get their hands on Shimmer. However, the Firelight group interrupts with a motive to destroy the Shimmer before Silco could get his hands on it.
Like all the other members, the leader of Firelight arrives on a hoverboard with a mask on his face. Well, some fans have already predicted the identity of Firelight’s leader, and he’s someone we’ve already seen in Act 1.

Is Ekko the Firelight’s Leader in Arcane?
Of course, the identity of Firelight’s leader was kept hidden in Arcane Act 2; however, it’s safe to say that the character behind that white mask is Ekko.
In the show, we can see that the leader is wearing a red bandana around his neck. Interestingly, that is something Ekko wears in League of Legends. Along with that, the color of the Firelight leader’s clothing made him look quite similar to how Ekko looks in the game.
In the first Act, Ekko sees Silco ruthlessly killing everyone he loves, so it makes sense why he is doing everything in his power to prevent Silco from getting more powerful. That’s why he wanted to burn down all the Shimmer in the first episode of Act 2.
After causing trouble for Silco’s crew in Episode 4, Firelight returns to ambush Jinx, Vi, and Caitlyn in the seventh episode. Vi and Jinx fight the group together, and the sisters don’t hold back on their killing intent. However, the group’s leader takes the crystal from Caitlyn’s possession and stops his group member from killing Vi. Instead, he orders the group to take Vi with them, suggesting he doesn’t want to kill the sisters.
Of course, the leader’s identity will be revealed in Act 3, but considering everything we’ve discussed, it’s safe to presume that he is, in fact, Ekko.
