A few weeks ago, not only was Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm Revolution revealed to the world as the next installment of the Naruto video game series by CyberConnect2, but it was teased that Naruto creator Masashi Kishimoto had a new character to unveil for the game, one exclusive to Revolution. Now Kishimoto and Namco Bandai Games Europe S.A.S. are proud to announce that character: as Mecha-Naruto.

As you can see above and below in the screenshots and trailer, Mecha-Naruto is the newest fighter to make it into the game, with all the powers of Naruto and more in robot form. He can even transform into Mecha Kurama, a mechanical monstrosity that wouldn't be too out of place in a classic Godzilla flick.

Personally, I was hoping for someone or something a little more original. Can Mecha-Naruto get a cooler costume too? A mecha sage costume would have been better than Naruto's black and orange tracksuit. Is it too late for Kishimoto to make us another character?
