Masters of the Universe: Revelation on Netflix: Why Fans are Angry?

Masters of The Universe: Revelation features several characters from the original series. In the show, Orko, Cringer, Man-At-Arms, and He-Man go against Skeletor, Evil-Lyn, and Beast-Man.

Warning: SPOILERS for Masters of The Universe: Revelation ahead

Apparently, the show picks off with Skeletor trying to destroy Castle Grayskull. He wants to use the castle's power for himself, but of course, He-Man is standing against him. Interestingly, the battle between the two ends up with their death in the first episode.

After that, we move a few years ahead in the story, and the show focuses on other characters. Thanks to the intense battle between He-Man and Skeletor, there's a massive crack on Eternia. And with the magic leaking away, the entire Universe is at stake. So, Teela, a Scavenger, tries to save the planet by going on a quest to find the Sword of Power.

Of course, the show's premise is definitely interesting; however, fans are disappointed that we can barely see He-Man. Prince Adam only appears in the first episode, and after his death, we see him in some flashbacks. Then, fans were hopeful after he came back to life, but he dies again.

In the Masters of the Universe: Revelation trailer, we can very well see He-Man appearing as the main character. However, fans think that "He-Man" was only used as a marketing tool; the trailer mostly used the footage from the first episode.

Obviously, we might see Prince Adam playing a big role in Part 2; however, Part 1 didn't offer the Nostalgic value fans expected.

That's why several fans went on to Twitter to express their disappointment:

On the other hand, people who never watched the original 1983 show loved watching Masters of the Universe: Revelation:
