The New World coin transfer system has been disabled for the third time since launch as players have found a new glitch to exploit.

Despite remaining in the Open Beta phase for a few months, New World still didn't experience a smooth launch back in October. The developers have deployed several updates so far, but still, glitches and exploits appear in the game every now and then.

The Gold Dup glitch was probably one of the most infamous exploits that led to the coin transfer system going down twice, and a similar exploit has forced the developers to once again disable the coin transfer.

Why New World Coin Transfer Has Been Disabled Again

Apparently, there is a new glitch allowing players to duplicate the Trophy items, and sell them over and over again to earn in-game currency. As the number of exploiters for this glitch increased, Amazon Game Studios shut down the coin transfer system in the game to avoid exploiters from getting easy money before fixing the problem.

At the moment, there is no official indication from the developers that when the coin transfer system will be back to the game. It might be unavailable until the next update or an urgent fix arrives.

We strongly suggest you avoid exploiting the glitch as there will likely be some punishments for those who use this method to expand their budget and resources in the game.

We will update this post if anything new has been shared about when the coin transfer system could be back.

New World is now available on PC through Steam. The developer has not shared any future plans for a console release for the game.
