miHoYo revealed in the latest Genshin Impact Sneak Peek livestream that Ver 1.4 Invitation of Windblume, will include at least four new weapons, one of which is the Wine and Song Catalyst. Here's everything we know about the Wine and Song weapon in Genshin Impact, including how to obtain the weapon, its ability, and its stats when fully upgraded at max level.

Wine and Song is a four star Catalyst weapon

Meaning Wine and Song is equitable by characters such as Lisa, Barbara, Klee, Sucrose, Mona, and Ningguang. Mona overall seems like the best choice for the weapon.

Keep in mind the stats below is what has been leaked from the Private Beta Test. It's possible that the stats will be slightly different when Version 1.4 Invitation of Windblume launches on March 16.

UPDATE: With the official release of Wine and Song, we now have the final stats for the weapon. None of the stats were changed compared to the Beta.

Wine and Song Stats at Level 1 and Level 90 (Max Level)

  • Base ATK: 44 (565)
  • Sub Stat: 6.7% Energy Recharge (30.6%)

Wine and Song Special Ability

(Refine level progression of the ability is under parenthesis)

Hitting an opponent with a Normal Attack decrease Stamina consumption of Sprinting or Alternate Sprinting by 14% (16%, 18%, 20%, 22%) for 5 seconds. Sprinting or Alternative Sprinting increases ATK by 20% (25%, 30%, 35%, 40%) for 5s.

Weapon Ascension Materials required for Wine and Song

Players will need Boreal Wolf materials, Ley Line materials, and Treasure Hoarder materials. The Boreal Wolf materials are farmed in Domain of Forgery: Submerged Valley on Tuesdays and Fridays, and Altar of the Falls on Sunday. Ley Line materials are dropped by Abyss Mages Treasure.

For the locations of the Domains and the monsters, simply check in-game in your Adventurer Handbook.

How to Get the Wine and Song Catalyst

Wine and Song will be available in a new weapon banner starting on March 16. It's a four star weapon so you should have a fairly easy time to get it if you plan to spend your Primogems, or money, on the banner.

Genshin Impact is a free-to-play open world action JRPG, available on PC, PS4, PS5 via backward compatibility, and Mobile. The game was also announced on Switch, but has no release date on the platform yet.
