Wargaming's World of Tanks is available on PC, Xbox One, Xbox 360 and PS4, but the developer's other "World of" titles, World of Warships and World of Warplanes are only on PC for the moment. This might change in the not too far future, as possibly hinted by Global Brand Director Al King during the pre-show of the Golden Joysticks Awards, when asked what's next for Wargaming.

"We've got tanks, planes and ships. Only tanks is currently available on multiple formats so there is an opportunity to get the ships and the planes out on multiple formats."

Personally, World of Warship (of which you can read my review) is definitely my favorite among Wargaming's offering, and I'd definitely be happy to play it on consoles as well. As for World of Warplanes, it's certainly the least successful of the three on PC, and a console release could be a good way to give it a fresh start.

When we talked with CEO Viktor Victor Kislyi last year, he did not exclude ports, but but he mentioned that that kind of projects takes a lot of time and investment. We'll have to wait and see whether something will come out of this any time soon.
