World of Tanks Being Enhanced for Xbox One X; Receives New Trailer

World of Tanks is receiving an enhancement alongside the release of the Xbox One X, offering true 4k for the tank-warfare experience.

With the Xbox One X on the horizon, gamers are likely looking to see which game’s they will be able to enjoy once the console releases in November. Today, during the Microsoft Gamescom conference in Cologne, Germany, Microsoft announced that World of Tanks will be enhanced in 4k and released alongside the launch of the console on November 7, 2017.

It was also announced that the game would be available for Xbox Arena Tournament play. You can check out the trailer below.

The trailer features high-resolution tanks traversing swamps, deserts, and cities on fire. The war-torn environments look especially great in 4k. Mid-twentieth century tank combat has never looked so good.

You can check out a full list of titles that will be available as part of Xbox One X’s enhancements here including Witcher 3, Battlefront 2, and Final Fantasy XV. The enhanced version of World of Tanks will be available alongside the Xbox One X on November 7.
