If you were wondering what happened to Saurfang now you've got your answer. The latest cinematic for World of Warcraft: Battle for Azeroth reveals King Anduin Wrynn setting him free to stop Sylvanus.

The cinematic--titled "Lost Honor"--came on the tail-end of the World of Warcraft announcements from BlizzCon 2018 but it speaks to the future of the Horde and Alliance in World of Warcraft.

You can check out the full cinematic below.

It seems like a lot of people are unhappy with the way Sylvanus has been running the Horde. Whether it be the Burning of Teldrassil or the nuking of Undercity, people are starting to call her the next Lich King. But this also could be seen as treason considering Saurfang is now working alongside Anduin. I, personally, still follow the Banshee Queen forever.

The cinematic also sees Anduin recognize that he cannot stop Sylvanus' Horde on his own. It'll be interesting to see how Saurfang's release will have implications in patch 8.1 "Tides of Vengence."
