Quantum Break's cast just got an infusion of Hollywood talent today, adding a little extra fandom to the promising new game.

Shawn Ashmore, who recently portrayed Iceman in X-Men: Days of Future, and Dominic Monaghan, best known for playing Charlie Pace on ABC's LOST, have been confirmed as cast members of Quantum Break by Rememdy Entertainment today. The studio tweeted out an image of the pair in mo-cap gear, simply asking "Do you know these guys?" in the post.

While it's not uncommon to pull in Hollywood stars to boost a games marketing, both stars aren't new to doing performances in video games. Ashmore previously did the voice of his Iceman character in the poorly received X-Men: The Official Game back in 2006, while Monaghan has fared much better with performances of his Lord of the Rings character Merry Brandybuck in the Return of the King game and both Battle for Middle-Earth and Battle for Middle-Earth II strategy titles.

The bigger question now is: What character's will they play and how big of a role do they play? It's something we will only find out as we get closer and closer to Quantum Break's release on Xbox One sometime in Q2 of 2015.
