Just when you thought Xbox Game Pass had tons of value, more games get announced that just make the subscription service that much more valuable. Tekken 7, Frostpunk, and Sword Art Online: Fatal Bullet will be the Xbox Game Pass January 2020 games.

Frostpunk: Console Edition and Sword Art Online: Fatal Bullet will be coming to Microsoft's gaming subscription service on January 9. Bandai Namco's popular fighting game Tekken 7 will make its way to Xbox Game Pass later this month, on January 16. A couple of games will be going this month as well. Lego City Undercover and Just Cause 3 will no longer be available by the end of the month.

Tekken 7 will be the fourth game added in January 2020. Earlier this month, the incredibly popular Rockstar Games title Grand Theft Auto V made its way to Xbox Game Pass. As of right now, it is only listed for the console subscription of Xbox Game Pass, not the PC subscription.

Frostpunk and Sword Art Online: Fatal Bullet are the newer games out of the bunch. Both of them released last year. Tekken 7 released back in 2017, but continues to get support with new characters and regular balance changes. Since its release, it has become one of the biggest competitive fighting games, regularly appearing at big tournaments like EVO, Combo Breaker, and CEO.

Personally, I think this is a solid list of games. I have no idea what Sword Art Online: Fatal Bullet is; I just know it's based on the anime. Frsotpunk I have never played, but it is something I've been debating on for quite some time. I enjoy city-builders, and this seemed like a good one. Last but certainly not least, Tekken 7 is one of my favorite fighting games this generation. It reached the top spot of my Game of the Year top 10 list back in 2017. That alone makes the Xbox Game Pass January 2020 additions solid in my book.
