Xbox Live Experiencing Issues With Purchase and Content Usage [Updated]
If you’ve logged into Xbox Live this sunny Sunday (hopefully it’s sunny where you are,) then you may be experiencing a few issues with purchasing and downloading content.
The official Xbox Live status page mentions that it’s only the Xbox 360 and Xbox on other devices being affected, so you should be alright if you’re on the Xbox One.
The page states:
Are you having difficulties purchasing or changing your Gamertag from the Xbox Store? We’re aware and working to correct this right away! Thanks for staying patient, Xbox members. We’ll update you as soon as we know more.
If you’re having issues just sit tight and weather the storm as the Xbox Live technical team are usually pretty spot on with getting their services back up and running in a timely manner.
[Update] Yay! Microsoft’s handymen (and women) have worked their magic and sorted out the niggling issues that players were experiencing. All is good in the Xbox hood.
