Xbox One Gets a Price Cut at Fry’s For a Limited Time

on January 27, 2014 4:40 AM

If you want an Xbox One but don’t want to shell out the whole $499.99 it costs, this may be your chance: retailer Fry’s is offering Microsoft’s new console at a special price until January 30th.

You can find it here for “only” $479.99, $20 off. In order to see the discounted price you have to actually click on the “special price” button on the listing page, which will also automatically add the console to your shopping cart.

While it’s still not terribly cheap, you can buy one third of a game with the money you’ll save thanks to this deal, and just two months after the console’s release we can’t really expect much better.

Hailing from sunny (not as much as people think) Italy and long standing gamer since the age of Mattel Intellivision and Sinclair ZX Spectrum. Definitely a multi-platform gamer, he still holds the old dear PC nearest to his heart, while not disregarding any console on the market. RPGs (of any nationality) and MMORPGs are his daily bread, but he enjoys almost every other genre, prominently racing simulators, action and sandbox games. He is also one of the few surviving fans of the flight simulator genre on Earth.
