Last week, Arc System Works and Bandai Namco Entertainment held their highly anticipated Open Beta for their upcoming Dragon Ball fighting game Dragon Ball FighterZ on PC, PS4, and Xbox One. Today, the developer revealed that those eager to try out the game on Xbox One will be getting something extra: an additional console-exclusive Open Beta that begins tonight.

According to the Tweet above, this Beta includes "necessary improvements" to Dragon Ball FighterZ's online multiplayer experience on Xbox One. The recent Open Beta was fraught with connection issues, which actually caused the developers to extend it on all platforms. This Open Beta is likely being held to help make sure that Dragon Ball FigtherZ's netcode functions smoothly on Xbox One before the game releases on Friday.

This Xbox One exclusive Dragon Ball FighterZ Open Beta will begin at 9pm PT tonight, January 23. It will run for 24 hours, until 9pm PT on January 24. If you want to improve your Dragon Ball FighterZ even more, this is a great way to do so on Xbox One mere days before release.

If you want to get yourself more hyped up for the game, you can check out the recently released launch trailer and Android 21 character trailer. Dragon Ball FighterZ will finally release this Friday, January 26 on PC, PS4, and Xbox One.
