Xbox One-Exclusive ReCore Getting More Info Next Year; Microsoft's Phil Spencer Says Team is Making "Great Progress"

Revealed as one of the brand new exclusives coming to Xbox One next year, the upcoming ReCore has many in anticipation with the pedigree of talent behind it such as Mega Man creator Keiji Inafune, and Microsoft’s Phil Spencer has confirmed that there will be plenty more to see of ReCore next year.

Responding to fan questions through Twitter, Spencer detailed that “you’ll see a lot more of ReCore in 2016,” following the title’s official reveal onstage at this year’s E3 2015 and showing a desert-styled world with the characters Jewel and her robotic dog-like companion, Mack.

Since the game’s reveal at E3 2015 however, details on the game have been a bit quiet, though Spencer added in the tweet that “I watched team play last week, great progress,” so hopefully it won’t be too much longer before we get to know more about the intriguing new Xbox One exclusive.

ReCore is currently in development for Xbox One, with the game expected to release in 2016.
