The next-gen consoles are just around the corner and typically we are all hyped for the beginning of a new generation. Both Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S consoles are set to launch in less than 20 days, and fortunately, you can now take a look at the real size of the retail box for Xbox Series S.

Of course, Microsoft has already revealed the retail box for both Series X and Series S, but you can't realize the real size of it unless you see a real photo of the box. Thanks to an unknown person who has taken a photo of the Xbox Series S retail package, now we can safely say that Series S is the smallest next-gen console in the case of packaging as well. On the other hand, the package for Xbox Series X looks to be much bigger than its little brother, which is not surprising at all. Both consoles will arrive earlier next month.

Xbox Series S Retail Box

As revealed before, Series S is supposed to be the smallest next-gen console with an affordable price that brings you the same experience of next-gen games in 2K resolution. Despite some rumors claiming Xbox Series S might hold developers back from bringing super realistic games in the upcoming generation of consoles, Phil Spencer confirmed in a recent interview that the Series S has a surprising performance in games, and is able to load some games even faster than the Series X.

Microsoft's next-gen consoles will be available on November 10th. If you are planning to play on 4K resolution, then you have to pick up a Series X for $499. However, if it doesn't bother you to play on 2K or Full HD resolutions, then an Xbox Series S for $299 would fit right into your room perfectly.
