Today the Game Marketing Awards 2016 were held, andorganizer PromaxBDA announced all the winners live on its official Twitter account.

The Game Marketing Awards are held every year to "celebrate the best practices in marketing, promotion and advertising for the video gaming and interactive entertainment community." They're voted by a panel of top industry professionals.

Below you can check out all the winners, with Microsoft's Xbox  team followed by Bethesda pretty much dominating the scene. Eligible were all promotional campaigns released or aired in 2015, and if you see names that sound unfamiliar, those are the PR and production agencies that took part in the creation of the campaigns and ads:

Incidentally, my personal favorite trailer of the year was the runner-up for funniest video asset. Fully deserved.
