From its original release back in 2016, XCOM 2 was already touted as being one of the best strategy experiences of the generation. Thanks to its challenging difficulty and in-depth strategy gameplay, Firaxis' sequel fully lived up to the standards set by the series' reboot with XCOM: Enemy Unknown. With the title having debuted on PC and consoles over the past several years, mobile players will now have the opportunity to bring their fight against oppressive alien forces with them on-the-go with its upcoming iOS debut.

Feral Interactive has announced that XCOM 2 Collection will be coming to iOS on November 5, 2020, bringing the acclaimed tactical strategy game over to mobile like its predecessor, XCOM: Enemy Unknown. The announcement also arrived with a trailer showcasing the game's mobile adaptation on both iPhone and iPad, giving players a look at its iOS interface, UI, and gameplay footage.
