According to a new Twitter post from Producer Masa Yokoyama, it is revealed that the new Yazuka game will be coming out on Playstation hardware.

And here is the translation:

What is everyone's role [in the story], what kind of story will this be? I believe I will be able to reveal this information later next week, so please expect a lot! Also Dengeki PlayStation will release information on the 29th, so thank you in advance!

It can be confirmed that Yakuza Ishin will be on Playstation hardware since Dengeki Playstation will feature it. The Japanese magazine focuses on PlayStation games. However, it not been stated as of now which PS system the game will be released for. It'll be interesting to see what Dengeki PS will reveal next week, though.
