Yatagarasu Fundraiser Fights Past $25,000 in Donations, New Character Art and Details Released

The community support of Nyu Media’s 2D fighter Yatagarasu Attack on Cataclysm does not appear to be slowing, as the game’s Indiegogo campaign has just cleared $25,000 in total donations. While that amount is still less than half of the campaign’s total goal, it is still enough to fund the development of the beautiful warrior Kotaro. As a little reward for pushing the fundraiser past the $25,000 milestone, Nyu Media has release another new piece of their awesome artwork and confirmed another bonus voice over for the game.

The new art depicts the studious martial artist Azure and voice actor Koori Masoi will contribute an additional system voice for the game. The system voices or announcers will “announce the player’s names and affiliations at the start of a match, and MC and comment on match highlights after the match has finished.”, which sounds very interesting.

The Indiegogo campaign will continue for 33 more days, so there’s plenty of time to raise much more money. Check out the new stretch goals, learn more about the game and pledge your support at the campaign page. View the new art below.
