Yo-Kai Watch 2 Dominates Japan Game Awards: Bloodborne, Call of Duty, Smash Bros. and More also Honored

Today at Tokyo Game Show the Computer Entertainment Suppliers Association announced the winners of the Japan Game Awards 2015.

Below you can read the full list, that is quite evidently dominated by Yo-Kai Watch 2. 

Best Sales: Yo-kai Watch 2 Ganso/Honke

Global Award – Japan: Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS/Wii U

Global Award – Overseas: Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare

Game Designers Award:

  • Ingress (Niantic)

Excellence Awards:

  • Bloodborne
  • Yo-kai Watch 2 Ganso/Honke
  • Destiny
  • Pokémon Omega Ruby/Alpha Sapphire
  • Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS
  • Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo Wii U

  • Dragon Quest Heroes

There’s one more award to be assigned, and that’s the “Future Division,” that will be assigned on Sunday to the most promising games announced during the Tokyo Game Show period.
