Today Square Enix released a new trailer of the NieR: Automata crossover event that will be held within Yoko Taro's own mobile game SINoALICE in August.

The event will include a scenario written by Yoko Taro himself, and music by NieR: Automata composer Keiichi Okabe, of which you can hear a lovely sample in the trailer.

2B, 9S, A2 and the boss Beauvoir will also appear, and their weapons will have their own dedicated weapon story in SINoALICE.

The story is apparently based on a dream 9S has, that seems to influence 2B's own memory, mixing reality and fiction.

SINoALICE is currently available for iOS and Android only for the Japanese market, while NieR: Automata is available worldwide for PS4 and PC. Just yesterday, we heard that the team behind the game wouldn't mind making a sequel or a new game of the series, if they can work together on it again.

If you want to see more of SINoALICE before you enjoy the new trailer below, which at the moment has no word on a possible western release, you can check out a batch of screenshots, and the latest trailer, giving a look on its dystopian waifu-filled world. Waius are love, waifus are life.
