Dead or Alive 5: Last Round will give us a taste of the franchise on PS4 and Xbox One next year, but legendary producer Yosuke Hayashi has his eyes firmly set on the future already as he told the Japanese site Gamer in a recent interview.

Asked if he has the concept for Dead or Alive 6 in mind already, Hayashi-san responded:

Indeed, I want to make it. We played around with PS4 and Xbox One, and we want to create something which will use the features of those current generation machines fully, and become even better.

This Dead or Alive was for those that want to play it on PS4 and Xbox One soon, but as soon as it’s done, I want to plan for the future.

Team Ninja has always been known for lovely graphics, so it’ll be interesting to see what they’ll manage to do when focusing on next generation consoles. Doublessly, the new breast bounce physics will be awesome.

He is also one of the few surviving fans of the flight simulator genre on Earth.
