Despite the stereotype, don't let anyone ever tell you that Yu-Gi-Oh! is dead or even anywhere close to dead. Today, Konami revealed that their popular mobile game, Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Links, has reached 100 million downloads since it's launch back in 2017 (2016 for some regions). That's a pretty huge feat if I do say so myself.

Of course, like any other time the game passes a certain milestone, Konami is celebrating with fans in a pretty cool day. If you log-in to the game anytime between now and November 1, you'll receive an in-game playmat and card sleeves featuring brand new art of Seto Kaiba drawn by Kazuki Takahashi, the creator of Yu-Gi-Oh! himself. Oh yeah, and you'll also receive a Prismatic Ultra Rare Blue-Eyes White Dragon, which is pretty freakin' sweet if I do say so myself.

In addition, logging in every day until November 1 will net you bonuses, including a UR Dream Ticket, which can be exchanged for powerful Ultra Rare cards in the game, as well as 1,000 gems in total. Each day has a different reward, so it would certainly behoove you to open up the game and check it out yourself.

This news comes a little over a month after Konami added a brand new world to the game based on the movie Yu-Gi-Oh! The Dark Side of Dimensions. This update added new cards and updated characters based on those that appear in the film.

Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Links is available on iOS and Android devices, as well as PC.
