This is probably the story of YuGiOh Master Duel. Yu-Gi-Oh! is a quite well-known favorite series among Eastern Asian gamers, but we really didn't expect the worldwide launch of a free-to-play card-based strategy battle from the franchise could reach such a great success.

Today, a new update has been dropped by the developers for Master Duel, which is only a small hotfix.

YuGiOh Master Duel Update 1.0.2 Patch Notes

  • Fixed -The game will now remain in Full Screen Mode on Steam upon launch if you exit the game in Full Screen Mode. (PC)
  • Fixed - When players search for cards in the Deck Editing screen, the game sometimes becomes unplayable. (Nintendo Switch)
  • Fixed - Salamangreat Blaze Dragon's card text not displaying correctly in English, German, French, Italian, Spanish and Portugese.
  • Fixed - While viewing favorite replays, the game sometimes closes whenever the player checks the opponent's deck.

The update is now live and you can download and install it right now as the maintenance is over.

YuGiOh Master Duel is now available for free on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, Nintendo Switch, Android, iOS, and PC.
