Start Potential Princess Sightings!

TotK - Traysi & Penn at Lucky Clover Gazette

In order to start the quest, you will need to first meet the people of the Lucky Clover Gazette. While you are in Lookout Landing, you will be told about a newspaper that has taken over a former stable to produce their stories to all of Hyrule. And as you make your way towards Rito Village soon after, you will meet these people yourself.

The Lucky Clover Gazette is to the northwest of Lookout Landing, and you will need some armor or food that will give you cold resistance. You will come across a building that looks exactly like a stable, but as you get closer, you will see that it is different. There is no counter, and there are only two characters inside Traysi and Penn. These are the brains behind the newspaper, and talking to them will give you the quest to go figure out what happened to Princess Zelda after the Upheaval.

TotK - New Serenne Stable In-Game

When Traysi and Penn say go to stables, they mean to go to just about every stable for information. Stables are scattered around all of Hyrule and will require you to do some traveling. Using a Sky Tower will help you learn of their locations and stay on the lookout for the buildings with the dragon-head-looking thing on top, blowing out smoke.

There are a total of 12 Stables to visit, and each one will give you a quest that you will have to finish. The following Stables are the ones you need to visit:

  1. Outskirt Stable (-1447, 1266, 0032) - The Beckoning Woman Quest
  2. Wetland Stable (0899, -0157, 0025) - The Missing Farm Tools Quest
  3. Woodland Stable (1042, 1157, 0022) - Serenade to a Great Fairy Quest
  4. Snowfield Stable (-1634, 2575, 0233) - Zelda's Golden Horse
  5. Dueling Peaks Stable (1748, -1939, 0010) - Princess Zelda Kidnapped?
  6. Highland Stable (0523, -3431, 0047) - An Eerie Voice Quest
  7. Tabantha Bridge Stable (2914, 0554, 0169) - White Goats Gone Missing Quest
  8. Riverside Stable (0330, -1086, 0010) - Gourmets Gone Missing Quest
  9. South Akkala Stable (3160, 1690, 0201) - The All-Clucking Cucco Quest
  10. Foothill Stable (2607, 1127, 0147) - For Our Princess! Quest
  11. Gerudo Canyon Stable (-2793, -2240, 0029) - The Blocked Well Quest
  12. New Serenne Stable (-1352, 0732, 0086) - The Beast and the Princess Quest

You can visit each one and complete their respective quests, and that will bring the quest to a close, as well as shine some more light on exactly what is happening with the Princess.

Over the course of this quest, and subsequently the many others, you will be given plenty of rewards to look forward to, and those will mostly come from whatever enemies you face may drop. But you can count on there being a lot of Rupees coming your way through the payments by Penn.

After each quest is completed, Penn will give you either 50 or 100 Rupees, depending on your progress through all of them. And when the larger quest, itself, wraps up, you have another 100 Rupees to look forward to. For the sheer amount of money you make off of it, in addition to the narrative tidbits you can get, this is a quest that you don't want to sit out on.
